Day two (See day 1 here) of Rishi and Abina’s Indian wedding at Stonewall Estates unfolded as a high-energy, colour-filled celebration set against the vineyards and rustic charm of Niagara’s wine country. After an unforgettable pre-wedding garden party, the wedding day itself brought together tradition, emotion, and non-stop celebration from morning until night.
From quiet getting-ready moments to an explosive reception dance floor, the entire day flowed seamlessly across the estate’s diverse landscapes.
The day began in one of the most charming spaces on the property at Stonewall Estates—a rustic shed filled with natural light and character.
Rishi and Abina each prepared separately in this intimate setting, surrounded by details that reflected the tone of the day ahead. The relaxed atmosphere allowed for natural, candid moments while capturing the final touches before the ceremony.
The simplicity of the space contrasted beautifully with the elaborate outfits and vibrant colours that would define the rest of the day.
Just outside the shed, Rishi and Abina shared their first look in a quiet pocket of the property. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Niagara’s vineyard landscape, the moment felt private and emotional before the energy of the day fully unfolded.
It was one of those pauses in time where everything slows down—just the two of them, fully present before the celebration begins.
Following the first look, we explored the grounds of Stonewall Estates for couple portraits. The estate offered a variety of backdrops—from open vineyard rows to textured natural spaces—that gave the portraits depth and variety.
Abina’s energy throughout the session was incredible, especially as she moved in her lehenga, which added motion and colour to every frame. The sunny Niagara weather brought everything to life, creating bright, vibrant imagery that reflected the tone of the day perfectly.
As guests began to arrive, we shifted into family portraits near the ceremony site. The open space allowed for a smooth flow of groupings while still keeping the vineyard backdrop visible throughout.
These moments brought together generations of family, balancing formal portraits with natural interaction and emotion before the ceremony began.
One of the most unique elements of the day came with portraits featuring a horse drawn carriage on the grounds of Stonewall Estates.
Rishi and Abina shared a series of portraits both beside and inside the carriage, adding a cinematic, almost timeless feel to their wedding imagery. The combination of movement, tradition, and vineyard scenery made this portion of the day especially memorable.
The groom’s entrance brought an explosion of energy to the property as the baraat arrived with live dhol beats echoing through the vineyard.
The celebration quickly became a full procession, with guests dancing alongside Rishi as they made their way toward the ceremony site. The energy was amplified further with drone coverage capturing the movement from above, showcasing the scale and excitement of the moment across the estate.
It was loud, joyful, and completely unforgettable.
The ceremony itself was deeply meaningful, taking place in the heart of Stonewall Estates surrounded by family and friends.
With the sacred fire ceremony at the center, Rishi and Abina exchanged vows in a setting filled with tradition, emotion, and symbolism. The energy from the baraat carried seamlessly into a more grounded and heartfelt ceremony, where every ritual felt intentional and significant.
As the ceremony concluded, petals rained down on the couple during their exit—marking one of the most visually beautiful moments of the day.
Following the ceremony, we gathered families once again for additional portraits. These moments carried a sense of relief and joy, as the formalities transitioned into celebration and anticipation for the reception ahead.
As evening approached, guests moved into the wooden barn reception space at Stonewall Estates. The rustic structure provided a warm, intimate contrast to the open vineyard ceremony space.
Rishi and Abina made a second entrance of the day—this time in a new outfit change for the reception—arriving through sparkler boxes that lit the space with energy and excitement.
Before the reception fully took off, we stepped outside for sunset portraits. The light across Niagara was soft and golden, creating the perfect backdrop for one of the most joyful parts of the day.
Abina’s lehenga spin became an instant highlight—full of movement, elegance, and pure emotion. These portraits captured the freedom and joy of the day in its final light.
The reception quickly shifted into full celebration mode with a first dance that opened the floor to an unforgettable night of partying inside the barn.
Energy levels were high from the start, with guests fully immersed in the celebration. The dance floor stayed packed, reflecting the joy and excitement carried through from the entire wedding weekend.
At one point, Abina surprised everyone with a confetti cannon moment on the dance floor—sending the celebration into full peak energy.
Rishi and Abina’s wedding at Stonewall Estates was a true reflection of everything an Indian wedding in Niagara can be—vibrant, emotional, deeply traditional, and full of life from beginning to end.
From vineyard portraits and baraat energy to sacred ceremony moments and a wild reception celebration, every part of the day told its own story while coming together as one unforgettable experience.
